Tenants are require to place a damage deposit (half months rent) upon signing their tenancy agreement. Rent payment begins on the first of the month.

Tenants are allowed to decorate within the parameters of the tenancy agreement. Tenants are required to return the apartment to its original conditions at the end of the tenancy agreement unless prior arrangements have been made.
Yes. Residents are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum between 11 PM and 7 AM.
Yes. Electricity, water and heat are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for their own cable, internet and telephone.
Residents are given two FOB’s. Any loss or damage to a FOB is at the cost of the tenant.
